Fourroux Prosthetics – Huntsville, AL

Eli Walls, prosthetist, is an ABC certified prosthetist and CEO of Fourroux Prosthetics, where he has spent the past several years in technical, clinical, and administrative roles. Eli graduated with his Master's degree in O&P from Northwestern University.

Eli has been directly involved in patient care for most of his career, and is highly passionate about serving the amputee population.

Justin Haynes is an ABC certified and licensed prosthetist, and Co-Clinic Lead in Huntsville, AL. Justin is a graduate of Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He completed his Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Alabama State University prior to earning his ABC Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2018. Justin joined the team at Fourroux Prosthetics in 2018. He is now the COO of Fourroux Prosthetics. While not providing prosthetic care, Justin enjoys spending time on the lake with his family.

Lee Mincey is a BOC certified prosthetist and licensed prosthetist assistant. Lee has been working with Fourroux Prosthetics for 17 years and specializes in fitting above knee amputees. Lee is known for being extremely humble, caring, and compassionate. In his spare time, Lee enjoys taking his boat out, cheering for Auburn, and spending time with his family. Lee is a huge fan of Mexican food and has a great sense of humor.

Jeff Rogers is a licensed practitioner assistant in our Corporate Headquarters in Huntsville, AL. He joined the team at Fourroux in Oct. 2003. Jeff takes great pride in caring for his patients and their families, and has a well-known sense of humor. He has been integral in the education of clinicians that come to Fourroux. In his spare time Jeff enjoys watching Alabama football, cutting grass, and hanging out with friends at live concerts.

Jenn Arnold is Executive Patient Care Coordinator, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Huntsville, AL. Jenn has been in the healthcare field since 2002, obtaining her LPN in 2006 she went on to obtain her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration in 2017. She has served in many different aspects of healthcare, but Prosthetics has been her favorite to date!

You may see Jenn out in the community doing luncheons, setting up CEU courses for the healthcare community or in the office meeting and talking with patients.

Outside of Fourroux Jenn is married with 2 children and is a new resident of Alabama, having moved down from the north. “Being a mother is the hardest but the most rewarding and fulfilling job." On her time off she loves to be outside, catching some sun at the beach and enjoying family time.
