Insurance Consultation

Fourroux has a well trained staff to file your insurance claims for you.  Once you have decided to let Fourroux provide you with our services and with your custom device, we will ask you for some basic information. 

We are contracted with many insurance companies, third-party administrators, as well as employers. We are very quick in our ability to determine eligibility, coverage, pre-authorization, and co-insurance amounts. Our products are billed under the DME benefits of coverage and usually follow the same guidelines as your major medical.  

We will provide you with an estimated cost, based on what we expect your insurance to pay, and any balance that may be due from you, after payment from your insurance company is received.  Fourroux does ask every patient to cooperate in providing information, and in some cases we may request you visit your physician.
